* Proven reduction in recidivism, which not only translates into financial savings, it improves the quality
   of life not only for the men in our program and their families, and also the lives of Tennesseans, who 
   will all benefit.  (Similar programs in other states have documented prison return rates as low as 10%.  
   It is our 3 year goal to match this rate at CCA, we will compare recidivism rates from our program with 
   those of the state to evaluate our success.)

* Reduction of the generational tide of crime and incarceration.

* Societal and family reconciliation which changes lives and improves the health and welfare of children.

* A financially sound program with post-release accountability for inmates that decrease the likelihood 
   of recidivating.
