What is the Men of Valor Ministry?
The book of First Samuel tells the story of David gathering about him
"the discontented, the rebels, the outlaws" to come together as soldiers
in the Army of God. They had to be summoned, trained, and encouraged, and
many were eventually able to become his mighty men--great men of valor.
That is our goal in this ministry--to teach men how to make real changes
and begin new lives . . . to become men of valor. Men of Valor works in
two prisons- Charles Bass Correctional Complex and CCA Prison.
Our Mission Statement
Men of Valor is committed to winning men in prison to Jesus Christ and
discipling them. Our purpose is to equip them to re-enter society as
men of integrity--becoming givers to the community rather than takers.
